Belgian Hydrogen Council , Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) and GH2 India connect their ecosystems through a collaboration agreement
India’s developments in renewable energy and its focus on becoming an important exporter of green molecules aligns with the Belgian ambition to be a hydrogen gateway for Europe.
With an hashtag#MoU, signed today in Mumbai by the three parties in the framework of the Belgian Economic Mission to India, a collaboration framework is established that will facilitate realization of shared objectives in the green hydrogen sector.
The collaboration aims to promote innovation, trade, stakeholder engagement, and the development of joint forums to accelerate the adoption of green hydrogen solutions in both regions. Furthermore, the three parties will explore the technical impact of new technologies and share expertise and views on policy development in pursuit of the mutual goals of both countries.
The connection of the two industrial cluster organisations, both representing the whole hydrogen value chain in their respective countries, will serve as a foundation for diverse and fruitful collaboration opportunities.
